We ARE NOT OBLIGED to reserve items for buyers who did not complete the payment transaction.

3. Should there be any out of stock, a full refund would be given.

4. Exchange Policy is only applicable if you receive incorrect item/items and notify us within 1 working day.

6. We are not responsible for any damage / loss items due to delivery mishandling or during the delivery/shipment process.
